Looking for a mid-day break, mini retreat, a moment of clarity, or a new (yet ancient) experience? Walking a labyrinth offers a sacred and stable space to focus your attention and listen to your soul. This ancient walking style of meditation is sometimes referred to as a prayer walk and can serve as a powerful tool for transformation. What is a labyrinth? This blog post explores more about what a labyrinth is and what it is not.
I host prayer walks at Scarritt Bennett Center in Nashville, Tennessee. See RSVP form below for details of the next guided walk.
In case of rain, bring a rain jacket. In case of severe storms, the walk will be canceled. You are welcome to bring your yoga mat, your lunch or a blanket to enjoy a silent mid-day break on the grounds before or after your journey through the labyrinth. Can't make the next walk? Join the newsletter below to receive future walk dates via email. There is never a charge, but please RSVP to receive full details or cancellations.
