How to Lead a Small Group

• Select one of the 40 themes from the book that speaks to you or is applicable to your small group.

 

• Practice the lectio divina, breath prayer, and/or yoga postures together as a group (use the instructions

          to guide your group from the front of the book, remember there are chair poses in the back of the                    book too).

• Invite your group to journal the reflection questions from your theme or use the reflection questions as small group discussion.

 

• Diffuse the essential oil that accompanies your theme or have it available for sampling by interested group members (cotton balls work well for this).
